Enjoy a farm-to-table private chef dinner party 

Private Chef dinner parties are a unique way to celebrate a special occasion. The Private Chef dinner parties feature our executive chef Dino Vlacich. Dino’s former restaurant Dino, in Nesconset, received strong reviews from the The New York Times and Newsday. His second restaurant, MIO in Roslyn, likewise received an excellent designation from the New York Times as well as inclusion in Zagat’s "America’s Best Restaurants” & “Long Island’s Top Italian Restaurants.”

As part of the Private Chef dining series we also offer an innovative ‘Visiting Chef Program’ that enables us to feature a roster of talented chefs from across the region. Private Chef nights consist of a five-course farm-to-table experience for parties of twelve or less and are available Friday and Saturday evenings by reservation only. Our charming little cottage is transformed into a candlelit dining room that evokes the feeling of being in a friend’s home. Private Chef dinner parties are the perfect setting for small intimate gatherings and special occasions. Please make reservations at least two weeks in advance.

The cafe is exclusively yours for 3 hours and includes a five-course farm-to-table menu, private chef, staff, full service, tax and tip for $2400 BYOB. Parties require a $350 non-refundable room fee to reserve the date. The remaining balance of $2050.00 is due on the day of the event. Please make all dietary restrictions known in advance.
